How much do you charge for delivery?

For orders above 500 QAR delivery is free inside of Doha.
For orders above 1000 QAR delivery outside of Doha is free.

For orders below 500 QAR we charge 35 QAR delivery fee inside of Doha.
For orders below 1000 QAR we charge 65 QAR delivery fee outside of Doha.

How much do you charge for Cash On Delivery (COD) Payments?

Choosing COD Payment is free of charge.

How long does it take to receive my order?

If you order before 1pm your ordered products will be shipped the same day to your doorstep. If you order after 1pm you will receive your goods the next Day.

How are my orders delivered?

We have a lot of own drivers and we are cooperating with trusted shipping companies, who will be pleased to deliver your order to your doorstep or any alternative delivery address in your country.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Absolutely, while in the order process you can enter your shipping location that you want us to deliver your goods to.

How can I check the status of my order?

To track the status of your current order and delivery status:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on your name at the top of the page
  3. Select ‘My Account’
  4. Choose ‘My Orders’
  5. Select the required order
  6. You will then see its detailed delivery status.

Note: We strongly advise you keep your address and other details up to date to ensure you have an enjoyable customer experience.

What is your Return Policy?

All items must be returned new, unused and with all HalaFashion and designer garment tags still attached within 14 days of receiving your product. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.


Please take care trying on items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all Hala Fashion and tags still attached.


Please handle light-colored bags carefully if you are still deciding whether you will be keeping the item. Please note that dark items of clothing can transfer dye to light-colored bags.


When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. Returns must also include the dust bag and box, as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside another box in order to prevent damage during shipping.


Skincare, cosmetics and haircare must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging otherwise we will not accept them. Please note that fragrance, nail polish and aerosols are final sale and cannot be returned due to transport restrictions.

Lingerie & Swimwear

Briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip.

Faulty goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply contact our customer care team support@halafashion.com to refund your item.

Late Returns

Your purchase should be sent back to us within the 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period are accepted at the discretion of HalaFashion.

Repeated Returns

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.

What is your Refund Policy

We typically refund your order through store credit. Upon request, we can also do refunds as per the original payment method.

Credit Card

Upon request, we can organise a refund to your credit card statement. This process takes around 10 – 14 working days from the date of your order cancellation.


Upon request, we can organize a refund to your Paypal account. This process takes 4 working days from the date of your order cancellation.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

In case of COD, we will refund your Hala Fashion account with store credit. You can use this store credit towards a future purchase.

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?

Yes, you can. Just contact our Customer Support and they will arrange it for you.

Why was my Credit Card declined?

Your credit card may have been declined for the following reasons:

  • Your card is not enabled for online shopping.
  • You did not successfully complete the 3D Secure Check.
  • You did not enter the correct card details.
  • You do not have a sufficient limit on your credit card.

Please contact your bank to confirm any issues regarding credit card purchases.

How do i register?

  1. Select Login or Signup, which is located on the top right of your page.
  2. Enter your Information.

How can i make changes to the details on my account?

You can change your details at any time using ‘My Account’ which is in the top right hand corner of the page’. Once you’re logged in you can change your:

  • Password
  • Email Address
  • Delivery Address
  • Payment card details

Just click the edit icon under each section of your account to change the details. Once you’ve updated them, remember to click ‘Save’.

Any changes you make to your account will not affect the details of any orders you’ve already placed.

How do I change my password?

  1. Login to the HalaFashion website.
  2. Click on your name at the top of any page to open the account menu and select Account Information.
  3. Select the Change Password checkbox and fill in the the required fields.
  4. Click Save.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

  1. Go to the HalaFashion login page on our website.
  2. Select ‘Forgot Your Password’.
  3. Enter the email you registered with HalaFashion.
  4. An email will be sent with a link you can use to reset your password.
